ÉLYSÉE
Are you a student who is close to being fluent and would like to polish your skills? Our Élysée (level 7) class is for students who are ready to converse like a native French speaker about a wide range of topics from art, politics, and the environment to history and literature.
Similar to the Sorbonne class, we will use a variety of materials and resources from articles, podcast episodes, and film clips to further our discussions. We will also give you the tools you need to express your ideas and defend your position on different topics. At times, because of our high-level conversations, complex grammar topics and advanced sentence constructions will be reviewed.

IN-PERSON

This is an 10-week course consisting of 1 x 1.5-hour class a week*
There will be a maximum of 6 students in the class.
These lessons will take place IN-PERSON at our school in Northeast Minneapolis, from 11:30am-1:00pm, every Wednesday.

Limited to 6 students, this class focuses on the art of conversation and is great for anyone looking to improve their French speaking skills while connecting with fellow Francophiles.
To fuel our discussions, we will use various resources and materials drawn from Francophone articles, newspapers and magazines, podcast episodes, video clips, etc. The goal of our Élysée course is for students to be able to express themselves on a variety of different topics related to French culture and society, current events, and more.
As you embark on your journey to French fluency, you will be coached by our team to embrace mistakes while you gain confidence and have fun improving and refining your conversational skills.
