Are you ready to start your French learning journey? Our Giverny (level 1) class is perfect for students who have little or no exposure to French and who are looking to delve deeper into the language and culture.
Over the course of 10 weeks, you will learn:
the rules of French pronunciation and practical tips so you can impress les Français when ordering ‘Une crêpe à l’andouille et une bouteille de cidre, s’il vous plaît’ (get ready to work on those French sounds!)
useful greetings and expressions to introduce yourself and to describe your family and friends, your city and favorite places, etc.
essential verbs in the present tense to chat about your work or studies, interests, hobbies, feelings, and more
the basic structure of the futur proche to talk about your upcoming plans for the weekend, future trips, etc.

A digital course book is included in the registration and will be sent along with the class link before class starts.

Our Level 1 Review Workshop takes place on Saturdays, 9:30AM-11:00AM, for four weeks, in person, at our school in Northeast Minneapolis.
Did you take French in high school a long time ago? Or maybe you just completed our Level 1 class and you feel like you could use a refresher before moving onto our Level 2 course - Either way, this class is for you!
In this 4-week workshop, we will brush up on key topics from our Level 1 course, and we will work on your French-speaking skills using some fun and interactive activities, to help you feel more comfortable expressing yourself and having short conversations in French.
This is a great class if you are planning a trip to France and need a basic refresher before traveling.
