ORSAY 

Are you planning a trip to a French-speaking country? Our low-commitment five-week Orsay (level 0) class is designed for people with no previous experience with French and who just want the basics to be able to get around*.

Through fun and engaging activities, you will learn:

• the rules of pronunciation so you'll be able to speak better than Emilie when ordering “un verre de vin blanc et une bouteille d’eau, s’il vous plaît”

• greetings and simple key phrases that will come in handy when traveling to your French-speaking destination

• basic vocabulary including numbers, days of the week, nationalities, feelings, etc, so you can start expressing yourself simply, but effectively

• cultural and language learning tips to make the most of your lessons and to get you ready for your next trip

* If you are looking to delve deeper into learning French (think: verb conjugations, grammar topics, and sentence structure), consider joining one of our Giverny (level 1) classes.
